Important Requirements
To process any claim, you must provide a full unboxing video that clearly shows:
- The sealed parcel with label visible
- Continuous unboxing without cuts or edits
- The issue (damage, defect, or wrong product)
Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any refund or replacement request.
Time Frame
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Refund Process
Once your issue is verified, we will:
- Offer a replacement product (if available), or
- Process a refund to your original payment method
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Non-Eligible Cases
- No unboxing video provided
- Request made after 24 hours of delivery
- Product damaged due to misuse
- Minor variations in color or design
- Change of mind after purchase
